How to Play Noob Experiment Warzone

Noob Experiment Warzone is a Roblox co-op wave-defense game inspired by Flippidee’s Noob Experiment series, Noob Experiment Battlefront, Blockade Battlefront, and Ultra Toilet Fight 2. You pick a character, survive waves of Experiments, and spend Screws on the next unit. This Getting Started guide is the how-to-play document for a first session, not a lore essay.

The experience is already released. The universe went live on 21 June 2025. The fan Trello marks a public beta note on 17 April 2026. Sandbox arrived on 29 May 2026. A 1.5X animation pass landed on 19 June 2026. You can play today with up to ten people in one server.

What you do in a match

You and your teammates fight the Experiment army on the current map. City is the first map and the Easy Mode stage. Waves get harder as the counter rises. Easy Mode has 20 waves. Clearing it pays 50 Screws, the Beat Easy Mode badge on a first clear, and the Solo Easy Mode badge if you do it alone.

Between waves you are in an intermission shop loop. That shop is where characters are bought. It is not a Robux storefront. Screws come from clears, codes, and events. Read how to get Screws once you finish this page.

First session checklist

1. Join from the official Roblox experience, not a copycat place.
2. Open the left-side Codes control and try the hub list once.
3. Select starter Noob. That unit costs 0 Screws.
4. Prefer a private server if you care about your share of the reward. Rewards are divided among everyone in the server.
5. Start Easy Mode on City.
6. Stay with the group. Isolated players get deleted by Large and Giant Experiments.
7. After the clear, open the shop and buy only what the skip rule allows.

If you wipe, you still learned the wave rhythm. Use the wave checklist on the next attempt so you know when elites start appearing.

The shop rule new players miss

Characters unlock in order. You may skip every two characters to buy a higher-tier unit. You cannot skip from starter Noob to Noob Mech in one click. That is why people think the shop is broken. It is not broken. It is gated. Shop unlock order lists the Noob Faction and Guest Faction sequence we have from Trello.

Noob Faction is the first and largest roster at release: Noob, Large Noob, Tuxedo Noob, Upgraded Large Noob, Scientist Roundy, Despacito Spider, Dual Blaster Large Noob, and Noob Mech. Guest Faction is smaller and later: Guest, Large Guest, Guest Helicopter. Dual Blaster Large Noob is called out on Trello as possibly the strongest non-mech. Guest Helicopter is the only unit with a full public stat block.

Modes you will see

• Easy Mode: 20 waves, 50 Screws, badges. This is your campaign.
• Boss Fight: a focused fight against Boss Noob. See how to beat Boss Noob.
• Sandbox Mode: a practice space added on 29 May 2026. See Sandbox Mode.
• Medium Mode: confirm the button in your lobby after the August rework. Mid-August trackers listed Beat Medium Mode badges while the official description still named Easy, Boss Fight, and Sandbox. See how to beat Medium Mode.

Pick Easy until you own more than starter Noob. Sandbox is for testing kits, not for badges.

Servers and friends

The developer recommends private servers because rewards are shared. The Trello adds that private servers earn 20 percent less, and that a public lobby might finish faster. Both statements can be true. A 10-player public clear splits the pot more ways. A two-player private clear keeps more Screws per person even after the 20 percent note. Private versus public works the tradeoff.

Max players is 10. If you are learning, two or three friends is enough. A full lobby of randoms is loud and hungry.

After the first clear

Spend Screws on Large Noob or the next unlocked portrait. Then read the Noob Faction page so you know what Tuxedo Noob and Scientist Roundy are for. Check enemy threat so wave 12 does not surprise you. If you want a practice sandbox before Boss Noob, use that mode instead of burning another Easy attempt on a kit you do not understand.

Getting Started ends when you can host a private Easy run, redeem a code without help, and explain the skip-every-two shop rule out loud. Everything after that is optimization.
